SHIPPING POLICY

 

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1-3 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays). You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

 

Delivery Times & Rates (United States)

Standard Shipping: $8.00 — typically 10-20 business days. Free Standard Shipping on orders over $50. Express Shipping: $15.00 where available.

 

International Shipping

We ship to select international destinations. Rates and delivery estimates are calculated at checkout based on your location. International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer.

 

Order Tracking

Every order includes tracking. If your tracking hasn't updated in 7 days or your order hasn't arrived within the estimated window, contact us at support@pawsupply.org and we'll investigate right away.

 

Incorrect Addresses

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are unable to reroute packages once shipped. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we'll contact you to arrange reshipment.
